Dear Mr. Medina,
My name is Teresa Higgings; I have lived in Atlanta Buildings for 10 years now, and have never had a problems with any of my neighbour. Last week, on October 16th, Thursday, my having-good relationships with neighbors changed.
Our neighbour, Mr. Andrés González, apartment 302, was throwing a birthday party, which, I acknowledge, is one of the things you´re entitled to do in your own apartment. However, city regulations for community living state housing decibels should not be higher to 70, as it may disturb neighbours. We have kindly asked Mr. González to lower the volume of his stereo but we have repeatedly been ignored.
Being a weekday, and taking into account I work from home, my work performance has been greatly affected by his repeated parties because I have not been able to concentrate. To make matters worse, my sleep patterns have suffered a drastic change, which has also resulted in health problems.
Can I kindly ask you to summon Mr. González to show some consideration and respect for his neighbours? Would it be possible to establish any kind of sanction for neighbours who disturb others?
If Mr. González keeps disturbing the peaceful life we were living I am afraid I will need to resort to stronger actions.
Looking forward to your support as administrator,
Kind regards,
Teresa Higgings
